After booking a session with Zocdoc, clients utilizing insurance will be sent a welcome package via my virtual office, Headway containing the necessary forms that need to be filled out prior to our session. Once completed, the session will be confirmed. Clients not going through insurance will receive a direct email from me containing the paperwork and payment options needed to be completed before confirming the initial session.

I met with Don Albright for a few months to help with some things I was going through in my personal life. From the beginning Don helped me feel comfortable in speaking about my feelings. He also explained different techniques he will show me how to use . Over time I did start to feel better with the help of Don and his patience in working with me. I feel he would be a great therapist for someone who is looking for support.

My visits with Don are always helpful! Don is always professional, non judgmental and on time. He uses CBT style treatment, meaning he always provides tools to help manage your concerns such as worksheets, breathing exercises, so on and so forth. Don has also been very accommodating to my needs, and always tailors his treatment style accordingly. I’ve recommended Don to multiple friends and will continue to do so.
