My counseling style is phenomenological, collaborative, inclusive, responsive, flexible, and engaging. I believe that the counseling relationship is essential for building confidence, acceptance, and gaining a deeper understanding of who we are in our relationships with others.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe counseling should be impactful, engaging, and effective in helping people achieve a variety of goals, including developing self-awareness, coping skills, improved communication and interpersonal skills, personal growth, improving overall well-being and quality of life, changing harmful or unhelpful behaviors, enhancing their mindfulness, and healing from trauma.
