In addition to providing counseling services Mr. Hager has facilitated trainings in cooperative discipline, identification and prevention of selfinjurious behavior in atrisk populations, and suicide prevention in prisons. He has worked in emergency services, private practice, earned certification as a school psychologist, served on special education teams in the public school setting and has held administrative positions in independent education, in the field of correctional mental health, and in addictions recovery. In addition to his operations leadership, Mr. Hager also serves as an outpatient therapist.
