What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our work together, we focus on helping you explore and understand the emotional patterns—or schemas—that are influencing your current thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Rather than staying on the surface or just talking about problems, we gently guide you toward connecting with the deeper feelings and unmet needs that often drive distress. A typical session is collaborative and compassionate. We’ll begin by checking in on what’s present for you emotionally and what you’d like to focus on. From there, we may explore memories, bodily sensations, or relational patterns that come up in the moment. We may invite you to slow down and notice your internal experience—not to analyze it, but to feel it and make sense of it with support. This process isn’t about fixing you—it's about helping you understand yourself more fully, with kindness and honesty. Over time, many clients find they develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the ability to respond to life with more clarity and choice rather than reacting from old patterns. Each session is tailored to your pace and needs, and we go as deep as you're ready for. Our role is to create a safe, grounded space where meaningful, lasting change can happen through emotional connection and insight.
