I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges such as Complex-PTSD (C-PTSD) anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. My approach is not reliant on a single therapeutic method; instead, I actively engage with clients using evidence-based techniques drawn from Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy (C-ISTT), ACT, IFSi, and behavioral methods

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I employ client-centered therapeutic tools that empower you to take control of your growth, equipping you with skills for use both during our sessions and independently. My role is to guide you in reconnecting with your sense of self, helping you uncover the fulfilling life you truly deserve.
