With 37 years of lived experience alongside family members facing severe mental challenges, I have gained a deep understanding of the unique struggles that individuals and families encounter in these situations. My professional journey in the mental health field spans over 12 years, during which I have worked closely with various communities, including those transitioning from in-patient mental health facilities. Having grown here and choosing to raise my family in this community, I have a strong connection to the values of country life. My experiences working on local farms have further enriched my perspective and resilience. The mental health field chose me, offering a sense of purpose in navigating my own life challenges. I am passionate about helping individuals find their path towards healing, and I bring experience in both addiction and recovery. Additionally, I am committed to creating an affirming environment for everyone, including those in the LGBTQ community. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
