If there’s ever been a time when having someone to talk to truly matters, it’s now. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and the fact that you’re here shows your strength and desire for positive change. That first step is powerful, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University in 2008, and I view this work as a calling. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across many stages of life. My experience includes working with teens in a residential home, supporting grade school students throughout the St. Louis area, helping individuals in a drug treatment facility on their path to recovery, and guiding couples toward renewed connection, respect, and understanding. These diverse experiences have reinforced one truth: everyone deserves someone in their corner who truly cares. In my practice, I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients explore their experiences from new perspectives and develop practical tools for growth. Life can be challenging, lonely, and overwhelming—but when you have someone who listens with empathy, the weight of those challenges becomes easier to carry.
