I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience in healthcare and 6 years in mental health. I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life.
I’m also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), with specialized training in helping people better understand anxiety and develop practical ways to manage it. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds, including those navigating significant mental health concerns, substance use, and difficult life transitions.
