Welcome. I want to assure you that you have come to the right place to receive the support you need to reach every goal you set for yourself. I have over thirty years of experience working with adults and children in areas such as family, grief, anger, relationship issues, sexual abuse, self-esteem, workplace challenges, and many others. Additionally, I have worked in Life Coaching to help both adults and children find balance and bring stability to areas of need. I am a psychotherapist licensed in 13 states: Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Georgia. I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Bellevue University.

I believe in treating others with kindness, respect, and compassion, fostering growth and understanding about life and how to balance it without sacrificing happiness and success.
