What should a new client know about working with you?

I became provisionally licensed as an LCSW- A in 2019. I have been fully licensed as an LCSW since 2021. I am licensed in North Carolina. I have previously worked with clients experiencing ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, stress, grief, loss, low self esteem, relationship issues, as well as family issues.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clinical approach is guided by strengths based beliefs and my evidence based therapy modalities lean towards CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), and MI (Motivational Interviewing).
