Getting to know Donna Daigle-Thomas

Hi, I'm Donna. Every day we experience something new. Some of these experiences are wonderful, while others can be extremely traumatic. It is what we decide to do with those traumatic experiences that shape who we become and how we respond to future events. These events can take place in early childhood or in your adult life, so I see individuals ages 12 and older. If you feel as if you can't cope with these experiences alone, or are just suffering from anxiety and/or depression, I can help you process your trauma, begin to heal, and learn what tools to use for future scenarios when you are not sure what to do. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA, I specialize in a range of areas including addiction, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, life transitions, PTSD, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, trauma, family relationships, gender identity, military/veteran support, and intimate/romantic relationships. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions. My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, no matter how challenging their circumstances may be. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and experiences without judgment.
