Hello, I'm Donna. A successful therapy experience leads to change that is freeing, empowering, and long-lasting. It begins with a positive relationship between client and therapist. Through warmth, compassion, and understanding, I create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and addressing the challenges they’re facing. My areas of specialty are depression, anxiety, grief, loss, life transitions, and relationship issues. I take an integrative approach using a variety of treatment modalities. I’m collaborative with clients, highlighting their strengths, values, and goals. Together, we can increase your self awareness, skills, and confidence, creating a path toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, Boulder, Colorado. My credentials include Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, Certified Addiction Specialist in Colorado, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and National Board-Certified Counselor. For the past 25 years, I’ve held various roles in the behavioral health field: counselor, psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and program manager. Outside of my professional life, I value personal growth and spirituality, which deeply influence my therapeutic approach.
