Saturday Morning Therapy, LLC offers high-quality psychotherapy to its select clients, relying on mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), the Enneagram of personality, IFS-informed parts work, recent neuroscience, and other eclectic strategies and evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the needs of the individual client.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Saturday Morning Therapy takes its name from the premium time slots offered to busy individuals and families. I work with a diverse range of individuals and couples to address anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Together we ease communication, build confidence, and heal old wounds. If you are new to therapy, you will find our work together accessible and very little "psychobabble" or putting you on the spot. Clients find me to be collaborative and gently directive.
