By working together, I will help you unearth long-standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I believe that each of us has more inner strength than we know. The key to unlocking this strength is recognizing what triggers our behaviors and addictions. I work with you every step of the way, developing treatment plans that are tailor-made to fit the individual. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, psychodynamic, strength perspective, and solution-focused approaches. My goal is to help you gain insight, foster self-discovery, and identify positive qualities while empowering you to be your best self. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Boston University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients can expect to take away a better more insightful understanding of self. They will learn who they are, their likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses. Clients will begin a journey in which they will attain their best version of self. They will learn to respect self while improving self esteem, coping skills, and confidence. They will develop a tool box to cope with the hurdles that we encounter along our life journey.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
