Getting to know Donna Frydman

The most important person in our session will be you. I believe that until you put the oxygen mask on yourself, you cannot solve your issues or help anyone else. There are no perfect people-my role is to help you put down that burden and walk with you while you find your path. Together, we will journey through your life, explore your choices, and help you achieve your destiny. Freedom feels great. With a PhD in Psychology from Atlantic International University and a Master's in Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, along with my certification in Addiction Studies, I am prepared to address any issue that may arise during our time together. Together, we will explore your childhood, your relationships, your life today, and find a road home that is comfortable and attainable. There is nothing WE can't handle. I look forward to meeting you and guiding you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Dr. Frydman is knowledgable and asked all the right questions. Looking back, I found her technique a little aggressive for our initial meeting. I would recommend her to someone looking for a parental/authoritative counselor to keep them accountable or to someone looking to make major changes in their life. I would not recommend her to someone looking for a safe space to talk about the social struggles of a 20-something-year-old today.
