Greetings.....I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing evidenced- based therapy for over 30 rewarding years. I am a graduate of New York University's Graduate School of Social Work. I have worked in many clinical settings; both inpatient and outpatient. I believe in the resiliency and strengths we each possess and can build upon. I am dedicated to assisting my clients in improving their insight and coping skills to enhance their relationships and quality of life. My practice begins with compassion, honesty, and listening to your story and feelings. I work primarily from a blend of psychodynamic and cognitive-based therapy perspectives. Together, with your trust, we develop a plan designed to achieve your goals. There is no magic in therapy. It is a joint process of exploration of the past and present to attain your goals. I am privileged to work with each one of you to begin building a trusting and safe place to share your thoughts and feelings, without judgment.
