"I have worked with children and families covering a variety of issues including grief and loss, adoption and foster care, attachment, parenting skills, communication skills, divorce, and adjusting to changes in life and environment. I am knowledgeable in treating the following but not limited to grief, adjustment disorders, ADHD, anxiety and self esteem issues. I have extensive experience working with, and supporting, our military connected members and their families. My current focus is working with individuals of the adolescent and adult population. I utilize a therapeutic approach that best fits the client as an individual. I incorporate suitable techniques and modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, stress management, communication skills, and modeling to address the client's needs. I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment to assist my clients in becoming the experts of their own lives and providing hope for their future. I am LGBTQIAS2+ allied."
