I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike
I approach OCD treatment with humor, support, kindness, and full confidence in your ability to use ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) to manage your symptoms. I will be there to support you, educate your significant others, and encourage you to face your triggers. In therapy, you'll learn that you — not your triggers — are in charge. Willingness to leave your comfort zone to make meaningful and lasting change is a huge step toward success. In addition to OCD, I focus my practice primarily on excoriation and trichotillomania.
