I am licensed in Florida with over 12 years of professional experience working with adults and children. I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationships and family conflicts, depression, trauma, and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where their thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I allow my clients to have a relaxed experience, not pressured to share but encouraged to express their feelings. I am kind, empathetic, and a good listener. I use a lot of humor, which helps clients feel less anxious. I know this journey of health can be difficult for you; however, I believe you are making the right choice to start your healing journey, and I am here to walk with you through it.
I also specialize in other diagnoses such as ADHD, social anxiety, postpartum depression, multicultural issues, abandonment, isolation issues, low self-esteem, unforgiveness issues, major depression, and communication issues. The clinical approaches I use in my sessions include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused/Emotionally Focused Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, and other resources.
I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
