Donovan utilizes a multifaceted approach to best serve his clients, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, emotional freedom technique for emotional upsets and pain management, SMART recovery for addictive behaviors, and elements of somatic experience therapy. In his spare time, Donovan enjoys working around the house, playing video games, and spending time with his son and family. He also enjoys cooking and playing with his pups. Donovan truly enjoys learning new things.
