I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I specialize in working with couples and individuals with anxiety; depression; relationship issues; career challenges; ADHD; and trauma. My therapeutic approach includes solution-focused therapy; dialectical behavioral therapy; and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I take a collaborative approach when working with my clients that focus on the client’s goals and then I support them through the change process so clients can be empowered to build the sustainable change that leads them to reach their full potential.
