I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I also hold an MBA, and am trained in EMDR and addictions. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy. I offer talk therapy in a comfortable environment, as well as virtually. I offer the opportunity to share your problems, concerns and life issues with a trained, caring therapist who will hold your thoughts in a safe place. We can work in collaboration to resolve personal, professional, emotional, transitional concerns, grief, and fears. I am present with you, and we will have an interactive relationship. As a therapist, I am always present and an intent listener. I will help you hear what you are saying, and what you are not saying. It's about seeing what patterns are in place... patterns which may have existed since childhood. It's looking at what defensive mechanisms might be in place, which may be holding you back from moving forward.
