I am Doris and I am a Christian Asian American therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples experiencing life transitions, anxiety/stress, depression, grief, infertility and complex family dynamics. I specialize in integrating evidence based clinical practices with a faith-based perspective tailored to the needs of each of my clients. I believe strongly in supporting my clients by providing a compassionate space to process their fears, wounds and hopes for future. I help my clients understand their emotions, develop effective tools they need to cope, and find the clarity they need to move forward and make the best decisions for themselves.
