My communication style I understand it takes courage for an individual to explore and process difficult issues. What I provide is an empathic, safe, and non-judgmental space for Individuals, Couples, and Families that allows them to process emotions and experiences in the moment. It is important to me to foster a sense of Acceptance, self-awareness, and self-compassion. My passion is to integrate spirituality in counseling for those who want to as she walks alongside those who are experiencing hopelessness, pain, trauma, grief, depression anxiety, and relational distress. My journey to mental healthcare I love to help people and therapy work is a vocation to me. My passion to contribute to the well-being of others drives me to this work. My goals for you I approach goal setting with clients by inviting an open conversation, and helping them set specific and achievable goals. I then consistently track their progress.
