As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Master’s-Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), I have gained more than eight years of clinical experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling. My professional practice is grounded in a commitment to providing ethical, evidence-informed, and individualized care that recognizes the unique psychological, behavioral, relational, and social factors influencing each person’s well-being. I earned my Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University, which has further strengthened my understanding of healthcare leadership, organizational development, and the systems that influence access to quality behavioral health services. The integration of my academic preparation, clinical expertise, and leadership experience enables me to approach complex behavioral health concerns from both a clinical and organizational perspective.
