Many of my clients deal with ADHD, depression, grief, or big, fast-moving emotions. For kids, that can look like having behavior problems, shutdowns, or not having the words. For adults, it's burnout, overthinking, disorganization, or the constant feeling of falling behind. I have over 7 years of experience working as a school-based counselor, supporting children and collaborating closely with their parents while helping students manage extreme behaviors and providing crisis intervention
