What should a new client know about working with you?

Virtually in New Jersey, I work with preteens, teens, and adults who are facing life transitions, relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, or questions about identity and connection. I also work with couples. My style is warm, down to earth, and collaborative—I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation, not a clinical checklist Most importantly, I believe you already hold the strengths you need for growth and healing. I draw from approaches like CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet you where you are.
