I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University and have been in the Mental Health and Substance Use field for 20 years. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of issues. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, substance use, men's issues, depression, and stress. I hope that we can connect and work towards removing your barriers and achieving your goals.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I have an eclectic style that is collaborative and respectful of where you are in your journey. I use various therapeutic techniques that suit you best to address your goals and concerns in the most effective way possible. I work with you to identify barriers to change and help you reach your goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During the first session and beyond, I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental, and accepting atmosphere that provides a safe space for positive change and improvement. We will explore what brought you to therapy and decide upon the most appropriate ways to help you reach your goals. I am here to support you and empower you in your journey.
