I have an eclectic style that is collaborative and respectful of where you are in your journey. I use various therapeutic techniques that suit you best to address your goals and concerns in the most effective way possible. I work with you to identify barriers to change and help you reach your goals.

During the first session and beyond, I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental, and accepting atmosphere that provides a safe space for positive change and improvement.
