“How lucky are we that we found Eauly. My 11 year old daughter knew she needed to see a therapist but was nervous trying someone new. The first meeting was to give a background on my daughter. She was so easy to talk to and it just felt comforting for me and I wasn't even there to see her. I knew it would be a great fit, it took many times convincing my daughter. I told her we wouldn't have to find someone else but we would if she she felt it wasn't a good fit. Needless to say it wont be needed. The door opened after their first meeting and I was greeted with a "I realllllly like her!!!" I gave her a "I told you so" She said it felt really easy and great talking with her and is looking forward to the next meeting. I have been reluctant seeing a new therapist b/c I feel worse afterwards. Now I know I had the wrong one. Now its time to schedule myself an appointment with Eauly!!”

Getting to know Eauly Brautigam

Why do I feel like this? What should I do? These are often the quiet, persistent questions that bring people to therapy. Life’s challenges can make it hard to see a path forward, but I deeply believe that a way forward exists. Even in the midst of struggle, you can find clarity, strength, and purpose. There is power in discovering who you are, and therapy can be a space where that discovery unfolds with compassion and intention. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Barry University. My clinical experience spans over 15 years and includes working with adolescents and adults across residential, school-based, nonprofit, and private practice outpatient settings. In therapy, my role is to walk alongside you, not as an expert telling you what to do, but as someone who will support and challenge you in ways that feel collaborative, empowering, and grounded in your strengths. My approach is insight-oriented, affirming, and attuned to the deeper layers of identity, emotion, and meaning. Together, we can explore what it means to live a life that is aligned with what you truly value. “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” Viktor Frankl Therapy is one place where that change, that transformation, begins. Who I work with: Adolescents Adults Services provided: Individual therapy Parent coaching Clinical supervision for students or graduates working towards licensure Clinical consultation Specialties: Anxiety Depression Relational issues Life transitions Trauma Self-esteem I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me means having a space where you're truly heard and respected. Therapy isn’t about me telling you what to do; it’s about us working together to figure out what matters most to you and how to get there. I believe that your voice and your ability to make choices are essential to the process, and I’m here to support you in building confidence in both. I care deeply about the work I do and the people I work with. I’ll offer honest, compassionate feedback to help you gain insight, stay connected to your goals, and navigate what’s getting in the way. Growth isn’t always easy, but I believe in your ability to face challenges and move forward with clarity and strength. I aim to create an environment that feels warm, supportive, and real. My goal is for you to feel empowered to advocate for yourself, explore what’s holding you back, and move toward what feels authentic and aligned. We'll take it one step at a time, together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first (and sometimes second) session, I focus on getting to know you and gathering information that will help us identify your goals and the direction of our work together. You can expect that I’ll ask questions about your background and what brings you to therapy so we can create a plan that feels both focused and flexible. I take a client-centered approach, meaning you have a voice in what we talk about each session. I encourage you to come in with topics you'd like to explore — but if you’re not sure, we’ll figure it out together. I trust that you know what feels most important to address, and I’ll be there to guide the process and help keep us grounded in your overall goals. My role is to support you in making the changes that matter to you, and to create a space where that work feels collaborative, thoughtful, and intentional.

Ms Eauly, has been such an incredible person to help me through my journey. From being a great listener to helping me set goals and working through them. She has helped me through some tough challenges I’ve been struggling with. I was nervous about starting therapy but I can say that Im not the same person since I started with Ms Eauly.
