As a community, it is essential that we provide a safe and secure environment for our loved ones, and I aspire to be that supportive presence for you and your family. My life’s mission is to empower individuals to adopt positive strategies for change, enabling them to create better lives for themselves. I have dedicated my academic and professional pursuits to social work with a focus on Mental Health, and Substance Abuse. With 15 years of experience in the field of clinical social work, I am committed to extending my services to assist others who are in need. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from North Carolina Central University. Then I obtained my Master of Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Mental health and Substance Abuse for Fayetteville State University. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of assisting hundreds of individuals in making vital changes to enhance their quality of life. I have worked in several different settings including emergency department, inpatient and outpatient. I have provided services to individuals, veterans, active duty services members/family, victims and offenders of family violence. I aim to create a supportive and open environment where we can collaboratively identify challenges and work towards effective solutions. I look forward to the opportunity to support you.
