Eboni Payne, LPC

Psychotherapist
CT
Hi! I'm Eboni! I am so glad you've decided to put yourself and your needs first. Finding a therapist is not always easy, but it is so important to have a safe space to heal. Moving through life carrying unresolved feelings can weigh us down. Life often brings unexpected moments, thrusting you into situations you may have never encountered before and leaving you unsure of how to manage. While I don't have all the answers, I specialize in providing guidance to those who have faced profound life struggles and might be grappling with a sense of hopelessness or just feeling stuck. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, New England, which has equipped me with the skills to support you through these challenges. My approach centers on helping you discover the potential for transformation even in the most difficult circumstances. I firmly believe there's always a way forward, even when it might not be immediately visible.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
