Ebonie Brown, LCSW

Psychotherapist
AZ
I’m a licensed therapist with 15 years of experience. I received my undergraduate degree at Tuskegee University and my graduate degree at the University of Alabama. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I focus on creating a space where you can be honest, slow down, and work through what’s been hard. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and grounded in real life. My approach My approach to therapy is results-driven and focused on helping clients feel relief from symptoms of anxiety and depression as quickly as possible. I use evidence-based methods like EMDR, CBT, and DBT skills to support healing, especially when working through trauma. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, because no two people’s needs are the same. I don’t believe therapy should take years to see progress—my goal is to help you feel better, build effective tools, and get back to living your life with more ease and confidence. My focus My ideal clients are women ages 18–65 who are navigating transitional seasons of life—whether it’s starting school, marriage, parenting, divorce, retirement, or aging. As a woman myself, I deeply understand the unique challenges women face, and I’m passionate about supporting them through these shifts. In our work together, I help women process past traumas, validate their struggles, and find practical solutions to the problems that feel overwhelming. The goal is for you to step into a stronger sense of confidence, reconnect with your purpose, and live as the fullest version of yourself—for you, your children, and the life you’re building. My communication style My communication style is direct and solution-focused. I believe in creating a safe, open space where you can speak freely without judgment. I’ll listen closely, ask honest questions, and work with you to find clear steps forward.
