Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, supportive environment while collaboratively working with my clients. I plan to assist my clients in building the necessary tools needed to navigate life and overcome the obstacles and hurdles that may present themselves. I believe in meeting a client where they are and assisting them in gaining and maintaining emotional stability. I am a client-centered therapist with over ten years' experience in mental health and addiction counseling. I have been successful in using my expertise to understand, assist, and guide clients to learn components of emotional intelligence that they can use to assist them with meeting their behavioral health goals. I am skilled at using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities to assist clients with meeting their therapeutic needs. I am hardworking, motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated to the field of mental health. I strongly believe in giving clients tools that they can use to gain and/or maintain safety, sobriety, and stability.
