What is your typical process for working with clients?
When we begin working together, I will start by understanding your unique needs and goals. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, and I’ll listen with compassion to understand your experiences. From there, I’ll collaborate with you to develop a plan that aligns with your values and aspirations. Together, we’ll focus on building emotional intelligence, releasing psychological baggage, and increasing self-awareness to help you heal and grow. You will be an active partner in this process, and I will be by your side as you navigate your journey toward wellness and self-empowerment.
