Congrats on taking the big step to do something different! The most important and fulfilling peace is the one we have within, and I want to help you achieve that peace. I find great joy in helping others reach their highest fulfillment and look forward to supporting you in living a happier life. I have a strong background working with varying mental health concerns. My career began with providing both individual and group therapy to patients with severe Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD) and ADHD. Recently, I have found a passion in providing Exposure Response Prevention Treatment for Anxiety and OCD as a specialty. Additionally, I have experience providing both CBT and DBT interventions. I am also able to assist clients with managing life transitions, family and relationship conflicts, and environmental stress. My sessions are tailored for each individual, and the treatment is unique to your therapy goals. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. Remember, the biggest step to change is always the first one. I would love to hear from you soon and look forward to working with you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

My sessions are tailored for each individual and the treatment is unique to your goals. Most sessions will be specific to concerns you would like to discuss and I am here to support you through processing, problem solving and skill building.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I will inform you of my practice policies, gather general information about you and then discuss the reason for joining therapy. I will then begin to ask you to think about goals you have for therapy and what you would like to achieve. Outside of our sessions, I like to encourage the use to coping skills, stress management, reframing cognitive distortions and challenging negative behaviors and thoughts. I also utilize online self help resources.
