I am a trauma-informed, resilient mom, a black woman, and a mental health therapist who has always been deeply passionate about helping black women navigate their mental health. My own journey of overcoming trauma and building resilience has inspired me to channel my experiences and knowledge into creating a platform that promotes healing, growth, and empowerment for black women. As a mental health therapist, I have witnessed the unique challenges that black women face in society and how these challenges can impact their mental well-being. I firmly believe that wellness and community connections can be transformative tools in promoting mental health and creating a support system that empowers Black women. My experiences have given me a deep understanding of the my community's needs and cultural nuances. This understanding, combined with my professional expertise as a mental health therapist, allows me to develop tailored interventions that address the intersectional experiences of black women and provide them with the tools and resources needed to heal and thrive.
