Ebony Stinson, LPC

Ebony Stinson, LPC

Psychotherapist
GA
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping children, teens, and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, self-esteem, social difficulties, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working toward meaningful change. I use a personalized approach to therapy because I believe every child and family is unique. Depending on a client's needs, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy. These approaches help children and teens better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, and build confidence. I also believe that parents and caregivers are important partners in the therapeutic process. I work collaboratively with families to provide support, education, and practical strategies that can be used at home and in everyday life. My goal is to help children, teens, and families feel empowered, connected, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
