Getting to know Ebony Wilridge
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently serving as a school-based social worker at Washington-Marion Magnet High School, where I have worked since January 2, 2024. In addition to my school-based role, I provide assessment services for a mental health agency, allowing me to support individuals with diverse behavioral health needs.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in December 2010 and my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in May 2012. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to supporting individuals, families, children, and communities through compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based social work practice.
In my practice, I utilize evidence-based assessment and intervention tools in both individual and group settings. My professional experience includes conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment goals, providing crisis intervention, facilitating therapeutic groups, teaching coping and life skills, providing psychoeducation, and collaborating with families, schools, community organizations, and other service providers to promote positive outcomes.
Working in the social services field has always been more than a career for me; it has been a passion. I view my ability to serve others as a gift that has continually made room for growth, purpose, and meaningful opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others. I am committed to using my knowledge, experience, and clinical skills to empower individuals and families, promote resilience, and help those I serve recognize their strengths and potential.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
