I became a therapist because I wanted to offer the help I didn't have access to when I needed it most. Growing up in the church, I saw a significant need for mental health services and education within our community. I recognized an opportunity to meet this need and dedicated my life to helping others live their most abundant lives.

With 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with the Christian community. As a black, Nigerian woman and a trauma-informed cognitive therapist, I bring a unique perspective to my practice.
My specialties include anxiety, depression, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, OCD, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), stress, and trauma.
