What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy is hardly a one size fits all. My priority in our sessions will always be built upon a caring, empathic and safe foundation. Together we will discuss your goals regarding what you want to get out of our work together, and what these action steps will look like. I aim to build a trusting, client-counselor relationship through active listening, reflection of meaning, validation, and many other therapeutic approaches. Every session will be a little different, some more challenging than others, but together we will foster growth and healing.

I have always been wary of therapy for fear of not being able to open up and share honestly, however I have never found myself holding back during a session with Eden. She is incredibly understanding, patient and offers a thoughtful approach to problem solving and looking at situations through a different lens. I've already recommended Eden to several other people.
