I specialize in the areas of mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), trauma recovery (including PTSD), anxiety (social, generalized, specific), panic attacks, stress identification and management, anger issues, relationship issues, marital conflict, marital dissatisfaction, infidelity, and how to become a whole person. Using the life experience brought by being a husband, father, grandfather, and counselor for forty years, I believe you and I can engage together in a therapeutic process that allows you to feel better, live better, love better, and enjoy life more fully.
