Psychotherapist
GA
I do not provide court ordered therapy. At Plutonic, I work with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, social anxiety, school stress, bullying, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation challenges, major life transitions, and trauma. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and am passionate about serving the Hispanic and Latino community with culturally responsive care that respects each person's background, values, and lived experiences. I believe therapy should meet people where they are, which is why I offer both traditional telehealth and Plutonic Virtual Therapy, an interactive virtual therapy experience designed to help clients feel more comfortable, engaged, and connected than a traditional video session. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, and person centered techniques to create treatment tailored to each client's goals. Whether you are navigating everyday stress, recovering from difficult experiences, or working toward personal growth, we will work together to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment free space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what is bringing you to therapy. I take a collaborative approach, meaning we will work together to identify your goals and develop practical strategies that fit your life. I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it is your first experience or if you come from a culture where mental health is not openly discussed. As a bilingual therapist, I strive to make therapy accessible and culturally responsive for both English and Spanish speaking clients. If a traditional video session is not the right fit, I also offer Plutonic Virtual Therapy, an interactive virtual environment that can help make therapy feel more natural, comfortable, and engaging. My priority is helping you build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop lasting skills that support your wellbeing long after therapy ends.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first few sessions focus on getting to know you, understanding what has brought you to therapy, and identifying the goals that are most important to you. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that builds on your strengths while addressing the challenges affecting your daily life. Throughout therapy, I use evidence based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, and person centered therapy to help you develop practical skills, gain new perspectives, and create lasting change. I believe therapy should be an active and collaborative process, and I will meet you where you are while supporting you every step of the way. If you prefer a more engaging experience than a traditional video session, I also offer Plutonic Virtual Therapy, an interactive virtual environment designed to help clients feel more comfortable, connected, and engaged throughout the therapeutic process.
