Psychotherapist
5777 S Rapp St, Littleton, CO
My ideal clients are motivated adults seeking freedom from outdated emotional patterns. They want to build emotional resilience and self-reliance, the ability to access calm, confidence, and emotional regulation from within themselves instead of seeking constant reassurance or validation from others. They often deal with ruminating negative thoughts, harsh self-criticism, low self-esteem, and confidence issues that affect their relationships, work, marriage, or parenting. Many carry past traumas and are ready to release those burdens, cultivate genuine self-compassion, and create healthier connection.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My ideal clients are motivated adults seeking freedom from outdated emotional patterns. They want to build emotional resilience and self-reliance, the ability to access calm, confidence, and emotional regulation from within themselves instead of seeking constant reassurance or validation from others. They often deal with ruminating negative thoughts, harsh self-criticism, low self-esteem, and confidence issues that affect their relationships, work, marriage, or parenting. Many carry past traumas and are ready to release those burdens, cultivate genuine self-compassion, and create healthier connection. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can learn to show up authentically and feel truly heard. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I’m deeply curious about how clients experience their internal world (thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, self-talk) and external world (relationships & daily life). Clients can expect humor, metaphors, & analogies to make the work relatable. I integrate CBT for practical tools and EMDR to process trauma when relevant, always focusing on strengthening your internal resources for lasting confidence and emotional freedom. I bring a compassionate, curious presence & help you reconnect with your wisest, most authentic self.
