UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. It takes tremendous courage to ask for help, share your story, and work with a stranger to find healing and happiness. You doing this speaks volumes about YOU! I hold a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, a Master's in Divinity from Baptist Theological Seminary Southern Brazil, and a Bachelor's degree from Morehouse College. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families searching for healing. Additionally, as an ordained minister, I support individuals facing matters of spirituality. However, I will never force spirituality into the conversation unless it is something you desire. Embarking on a therapeutic journey can be both frightening and overwhelming. This is why I will work extremely hard to make this process as welcoming and safe as possible. I welcome the opportunity to walk this road with you.
