He has over seven years of experience working with individuals and families to address a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, and finding fulfillment in life. At times, life can feel difficult, hopeless, and out of control. As a therapist, Edward works to help you find a sense of stability during these challenging moments. His goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can express your feelings, build skills to strengthen your emotional well-being, and process the difficulties you are facing in your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to provide a safe space to empower my clients to face the issues that negatively impact their lives. I aim to be compassionate, authentic and nonjudgmental in order to help you build a healthier and fulfilling life. I have been working as a therapist for close to a decade and have had to pleasure to help many individuals, across a diverse population, overcome a variety of obstacles in their life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process with working with clients is initially to get to know them and to have a clear understanding of what brings them into counseling at this time. I build trust with my clients by being understanding, compassionate and caring. Sessions will focus on building coping skills to improve emotional regulation, forming a better sense of self and purpose and discussing any hardship they might be facing at this time.
