Hi, my name is Edward Pagella. I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling from the Illinois Institute of Medical Technology. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I am a Client-Centered Therapist who also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help resolve the issues my clients face. With over 30 years of experience, I provide counseling services to individuals dealing with anxiety, marital problems, behavioral disorders, self-esteem challenges, substance abuse, and depression. I also work with the LGBTQ community to support individuals in embracing their true selves, as well as athletes seeking focus and motivation.

I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, low self-esteem, behavioral disorders, substance abuse, marital issues, LGBTQ-related concerns, depression, and sports motivation.

My journey to mental healthcare
I was drawn to becoming a therapist because of my own experiences growing up. I was teased for having a big nose and called names like "ski slope" and "banana face." After having my nose fixed at 18, my life changed. When I went to college, I decided to help others who might feel the way I did. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Master’s in Counseling, and I strive to help people feel good about themselves.
