I support clients navigating a wide variety of concerns, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, burnout, relationship concerns, moderate behavioral addictions, grief, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Whether you're looking for tools to manage stress, for support during a major life transition, or a space to process and heal, I'm here to help.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I enjoy working with my clients to explore their concerns, build insight, and move towards practical, meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.When I am not working, I love to spend time with my wife and children, play miniature games, or learn a new cooking recipe. If you need support, I would be happy to help in-person at our North Raleigh location or via telehealth across North Carolina.
