I'm a Christian and have been counseling for 30 years, including 25 years as an LPC. I hold a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. My expertise is most evident with clients who have a trauma background. I use EMDR and the FLASH technique to treat common clinical symptoms that stem from trauma, such as depression, anxiety, triggers, and panic. Since trauma involves the whole being, I'm passionate about addressing the spiritual underpinnings and values that clients wrestle with, and how these have impacted their relationship with God, others, and self.

I do individual therapy by employing EMDR and FLASH technique to address past traumatic and negative memories that have led to current symptoms.
