Getting to know Efrain Torres

I help individuals, children, families, parents and couples deal with the demands of everyday life. Stressors can be due to work, school, relationships, parenting or partner issues. For some trauma can be a big part of the problem in dealing with everyday stress. Here at my practice, I use more of an elective approach and can use various therapies to help individuals deal with depression, anxiety, stress, relationships issues, parenting, ADHD, substance abuse, current trauma, past trauma, childhood trauma. I help support individuals build on their strength and resources.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Over the past 25 years l have helped individuals with anxiety, depression and trauma. I have experience in counseling parents on managing their children's behavioral issues. I have supported individuals in resolving challenging and difficult issues. I am a certified EMDR therapist.
