“I’ve been working with Eileen for a little over a year, and she is the first therapist I’ve ever had who truly provides the depth of psychotherapy I had been searching for for a long time. Before finding her, I struggledd to find someone who was willing and able to go beyond surface-level conversations and really explore the deeper patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape my life. She creates a space that feels safe, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, while also being insightful and intentional in her approach. Our sessions are meaningfl, reflective, and genuinely transformative. She asks the right questions, helps connect dots I couldn’t see on my own, and supports real growth rather than quick fixes. I’m incredibly grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for deep, substantive psychotherapy with a therapist who truly cares and is skilled at what she does! ”

Getting to know Eileen Flores

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I offer depth-oriented, trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I work with clients who want more than coping skills and are ready to create lasting change. My approach is integrative, combining insight-oriented therapy with practical tools and, when helpful, somatic strategies to support nervous system regulation and emotional healing. I believe therapy works best in a collaborative relationship where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to explore what’s beneath the surface. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can build self-awareness, shift long-standing patterns, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and fulfilling.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When you begin therapy with me, you can expect a warm and supportive space where we start exactly where you are. I take a depth-oriented, integrative approach that is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Some sessions focus on insight and deeper emotional patterns, while others are more practical and skills-based depending on what you’re going through. I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and believe healing happens through both understanding and connection. I also use humor when appropriate because therapy can be meaningful and transformative without always feeling heavy. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin with an initial intake session (our first therapy appointment), which also serves as a consultation and starting point for treatment. In this first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You’ll have space to ask questions, get a feel for my style, and we’ll both begin to sense whether the fit feels right. At this time, I don’t offer free consultation calls. The first session is scheduled as a standard appointment using insurance or private pay. From there, the process is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to you. I take an integrative, depth-oriented approach meaning we can focus on immediate concerns while also gently exploring deeper emotional patterns connected to relationships, attachment, trauma, identity, and self-worth. I’ll meet you where you are emotionally, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Some sessions may feel lighter and more present-focused, while others go deeper into insight and healing work. When helpful, I incorporate somatic and mind-body strategies so therapy isn’t only “talking,” but also learning to understand your nervous system and reconnect with your emotions in a grounded way. I work best with clients who are open to consistent therapy and want meaningful, lasting change.

My experience was very pleasant she takes the time to listen and help with any concerns I might have
Eileen is always so kind and patient. I have enjoyed all of our sessions, and appreciate her perspective when I need it the most. It always feels like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders once the hour is up.

I really appreciate Eileen's approach to therapy. I never feel judged or rushed, which brings a very natural and fluid environment to each session. Her insights are rooted in science and I always walk away with valuable things to consider and apply to my life.
Elieen has made a huge impact on my life as my therapist. She has always provided me with great feedback. Every session always feels like a safe and welcoming environment where I can freely express my feelings and emotions. I always feel heard, seen, and supported after our sessions because she makes it known how engaged and fully present, she is during our sessions.
I’ve been working with Eileen for a few years, and I’m so grateful for her support and guidance. She brings a gentle, understanding presence to every session, which immediately made me feel safe and seen. Her knowledge about how the brain works, how trauma shows up in the body, and so many other areas has been incredibly helpful in my healing journey. I especially appreciate her focus on nervous system regulation, and she consistently checks in to make sure I’m grounded and feeling supported throughout our work together. I truly can’t recommend her enough.
I love my visits with Eileen. I feel incredibly safe and welcome. I feel I can express my feelings without the need to hide anything. I've learned so much about myself and how to develop healthy strategies for myself moving forward.
I am extremely grateful to have found someone so professional and so caring to help me with my journey of growth and healing. It is not easy to share with someone such personal moments let alone a “stranger” but Eileen’s approach is something so different that I look forward to sharing with her where I am and where I might need the most help. She welcomes me with such ease to not only speak my thoughts but also helps give me the right tools to continue on my path.
I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is truly compassionate, caring, and incredibly supportive! From the very beginning, she made me feel seen, heard, and understood. Her guidance has completely changed my life—she’s helped me grow in ways I never thought were possible. With her encouragement and insight, I’ve pushed past limitations I placed on myself and started pursuing things I never believed I could. She creates such a safe and empowering space, and I’m so grateful to have her in my corner. She is truly one of a kind.
Eileen demonstrates empathy, warmth, attentive listening, non-judgment, insight, knowledge, understanding, respect, and professionalism.
Eileen is an amazing therapist. Not only is she a therapist, but it also feels like talking to a friend every week! She’s amazing! Highly recommend her!!
I've been seeing Eileen for over a year and she has helped me go from focusing on basic survival to advancing my life while still healing from my trauma. She's excellent working with early childhood trauma mixing theory with practical actionable advice. She is patient, nonjudgmental and let you go a your own pace. She also speaks Spanish so that also helps with cultural understanding and the minority experience. Highly recommend.
I was drawn to Eileen’s integrative psychotherapy treatment approach and began working with her about a year and a half ago. I’m so grateful I found her when I did! I’ve noticed growth and a deeper understanding of myself thanks to our work together, and the space she has carved out for me to voice and explore the grief I am experiencing has been extremely comforting.
Eileen is always available for whatever mood I may be in for the week. Whether it be continuous venting or seeking advice, she is ready with insightful comments. Rather than making therapy feel like a chore, she makes the space welcoming in a way that makes me look forward to speaking about my thoughts. Overall, I could not ask for a nicer person to tell me when I have something I should be working on.
Eileen has completely changed my life for the better. I have gained so much self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal growth since seeing her. I feel genuinely cared for and listened to. She is professional yet I still feel like I can tell her anything. My meetings with her are always the best part of my week.
